problem mac osx

i hope i don't disturb you.
i have problem with the perl interface für postgres on mac osx 10.1.3
postgres 7.2.1, pgsql-interface 1.9.0

i have set POSTGRES_LIB and INCLUDE with hand in the makefile.pl
The perl makefile.pl was ok
The make was ok ,
but make test give this :
