problem installing on aix 4.3.3

Hello,
i've got your mail through postgres site.
As i've seen you've managed to compile successfully on aix.
I'm actually trying to (aix 4.3.3, xlc v5.0) and get some errors :
- readline library (installed ok, but not seen correctly by configure. i've
put the right path in the command line...doesn't work).
- zlib library (same problem)
- configure is looking for an "util.h" library, not installed on my system..

maye you could give me some advice....
