Re: Postgres 7.1rc4 on Cygwin fails to connect

I upgraded from 7.1rc4 to 7.1.2  and from an earlier  post by someone else I
changed the cygwin dll to the 1.3.1 version and this allowed the 7.1-2
version to work. I believe using the same cygwin1.dll for the 7.1rc4 would
have fixed the problem
