Installation problem under Windows NT 4 german version

Dear supporter team!

I have downloaded your PostgrSQL 7.3.1 installation for windows!

After installation the binaries, the post installation script does not work
correctly.
Therefore, i could not start your database.

The reason is that i have an german installation of Windows NT 4!
The german installation use the directory is C:\Programme and not C:\Program
Files for installation!
The installation will be installed to the path C:\Programme!
Therfore all Scripts/Batch-Files does not work and the configuration files
and database configuration file could not be found

Could you recreate the installing procedure to set the Installation path
hardcoded to the C:\Program Files - Directory?
It is also a possible way, that the user can change the path to this
directory!

An alternative way, you can create the scripts via a dynamic process to the
correct path!
