Creating a PostgreSql Connection Pool in Tomcat3.2

Hi,

Can any one give me an example of how to create "PostgreSql Connection Pool
in tomcat 3.2" with all the setup files including server.xml, web.xml ,
jndi.properties and the java appilcation.
