Looks like your wx installation is very broken (especially as
xh_ctlcombo.h hasn't changed in 5 months) - certainly wx/ogl/ogl.h
should exist if installed properly. I would clean it out and reinstall
wx 2.6.2 as per the instructions at
http://www.pgadmin.org/download.php#source).
