There are fully open source pgsql images on Docker Hub at https://hub.docker.com/_/postgres .
That said, if you want a fully commercially, K8 orchestrated, PostgreSQL cluster installation, check out the Crunchy Data offering at https://www.crunchydata.com/products/crunchy-postgresql-for-kubernetes/ .
