[PERFORMANCE] Insights: fseek OR read_cluster?

Hello,

It is interesting how PostgreSQL reads the tablefiie.
Whether its indexes store/use filesystem clusters locations containing
required data (so it can issue a low level cluster read) or it just
fseeks inside a file?
