Sure, if you cast a field that contains a relid to the reglass type, you get the name of the relation.
Example:
select relid, relid::regclass from pg_stat_user_tables where relname = 'theNameOfYourTable';
Example:
select relid, relid::regclass from pg_stat_user_tables where relname = 'theNameOfYourTable';
