Authentication Service Down for a few minutes

Hi Team,

Seems like our authentication service went down for a few minutes. It's fine now but I have attached the original error below.

Should we consider adding a cron job to the testing harness and run the URL tests at fixed intervals? Right now they are only triggered when there are new commits to the pgweb repository.
