Hi Michaela,
I suspect you're using pgAdmin shipped with PostgeSQL 10 installer which is an older version. Please check if you have two pgAdmin installed - one which comes with PostgreSQL bundle (you can uninstall this) and another which you have separately downloaded and installed.
