Hi Idorenyin,
You can configure SMTP on the pgAdmin server which will allow you to "Forgot password" and then a password reset link will be sent on your email. Check for "Mail server settings" in https://www.pgadmin.org/docs/pgadmin4/latest/config_py.html
If you're the admin or the one who set up pgAdmin, then you could also simply delete the pgAdmin.db file and set it up fresh.
Let us know the installation OS details so we can provide the path for the pgAdmin.db file.
