Hi Mczakk,
Please wait for v5.4 which is scheduled to be released on the 17th. There are changes related to binary paths.
You can report back if you face issues on 5.4.

i tried it and got the following message:
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\pgAdmin 4\bin\"C:\Program
Files\PostgreSQL\13\bin\"\psql.exe' file not found. Please correct the
Binary Path in the Preferences dialog
before i changed the path in the binary paths dialog window, it said
something like $\Dir\..\ i dont remember exactly.
