yum install postgresql10-server
/usr/pgsql-10/bin/postgresql-10-setup initdb
systemctl enable postgresql-10.service
systemctl status postgresql-10.service
systemctl start postgresql-10.service
systemctl enable postgresql-10.service
systemctl status postgresql-10.service
systemctl start postgresql-10.service
