This seems to be the same as #14677, and the email with the subject "Danger" all reported in the last hour.
Note that while this likely will be seen on this mailing list pgsql-bugs@postgresql.org is for reporting problems with the application itself, and installation problems when installing from source. There are dedicated mailing lists for the various third-party distributions/packagers where reports like this should be sent.
