I prefer the full SCHEMA/schema, even for all the internal variables/definitions which have been changed since the last patch version. I think Vignesh was trying to be consistent with pg_publication_rel and pg_subscription_rel, but maybe "rel" is better understood to be an abbreviation for "relation" than "sch" for "schema"?
