Is it PGAdmin that crashes or is it the browser? Which browser are you using? What happens if you use another browser to access PGAdmin? I use Chrome without any problems.

I just downloaded and executed pgAdmin4 from this link onto my Windows desktop: https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v4.5/windows/pgadmin4-4.5-x86.exe
Now, everytime I run it, it just opens a browser with the link: http://127.0.0.1:56525/?key=ba817bfb-ebe7-4307-a81a-8568af2512bf
And then it crashes. Any clue what is going on here?
