That's a valid argument. Additionally, I've found
WAIT_EVENT_HASH_GROW_BUCKETS_ALLOCATING and
WAIT_EVENT_HASH_GROW_BATCHES_ALLOCATING are added in a
non-alphabetical order in WaitEventIPC enum.
