2. pgAdmin logs, please refer https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8 to enable logging
3. Is this issue reproducible with some particular scenario?

What is happening:
- Right click on a table in the object browser
- Select Scripts
- Pick any of the following:
- INSERT Script
- SELECT Script
- UPDATE Script
- A new tab opens with spinning wait wheel
- When the spinning wheel clears the text editor is empty
Note: the CREATE and DELETE script properly load
What is expected:
The new tab should populate with the appropriate SQL.
