Hi CommitFests maintainers,

I first logged in to the PostgreSQL site via my Google account several days ago, and I still cannot log in to CommitFests. The error I got is:

You have not passed the cool off period yet.

```

How long is the cool off period? Any action to take? I am going to submit a patch, so I need to log in to CommitFests.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
