Re: Jdbc downloads pages questions/suggestions

I have a decent idea of what I'd need to do to submit a documentation patch,
as well as (for pgjdbc) a pull-request or similar on GitHub, but no clue how
to go about actually affecting a change to the postgresql.org website
(outside of the wiki anyway).

Any pointers?
