Team has been set up.

Note that we're still talking *individual blogs* that are connected to
this team. We don't accept anonymous team-only posts. But as long as
you can set up a per-author feed, that shouldn't be a problem. Make
sure you filter each one for PostgreSQL content as well, of course!
