I just tested here and it's working fine for me. I hit Cmd+F, type BEGIN in the box and hit return, and it highlights all the occurrences of BEGIN as well as selecting the first one. Cmd+G selects the next one. What are you searching for exactly? Are you using a regexp or plain string? What platform and browser are you using?
