thatthe service was failing b'cos it thought that the database was already and locked by a postmaster.pid file. Just
deletingthat file helped. Now, the service has started and a new postmaster.pid file has been created. <br /> For
now,I'm all set, although I'd be curious how I could have gotten into this situation.<br /><br />best,<br />-k<br
