beta 1.12.0 crash when using 'add column' feature. (windows)

version 1.12.0 Beta 2 (Jun 4 2010, rev:8407) on windows 7
I downloaded the "win x86-32" from
http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do#windows

Create a table, then add another column......

someone else on #postgresql said: yeah, happens here too, on win2k,
pgadmin 1.12.0 Beta 2 (Jun 3 2010, rev:8401) I can create a table, and
save it.  Adding a column afterward then crashes out.
