DBD-Pg/DBI fails install test

The install test fails for DBD-Pg-0.69 with DBI-0.93 and postreSQL 6.3.1 with
the following error:

1) Built and installed postgresql.  psql interface work properly.
2) Built and installed DBI.  Install test passed.
3) Built DBD install test failed.
4) Repeated (3) and (4) with gcc optimization disabled - same results.
