pgaccess error

Why I get this error when I tried to run pgaccess

tcl error executing pg_exec
select relname from pg_class
where relname = 'pga_queris

    - status
    - conn
    - assign
    arrayVarName
    -assignbyidx

arrayVarName
    - num Tuples
    - attributtes
    - lAttibuttes
    - num Attrs
    - get Tupple
Tupple Number
    - Tuple Array
tuple Number array VarName
     - clear

when I click OK it close back the program.

I used redhat 5.1
I download pgaccess 0.91
I also donwload the redhat-5.1-pg-6.3.2-libpqtcl.so and libpq.so but
I do not know to use it.
What should I do with this to lib.
if must to compile how I want to compile(I never compile before
this).
