ogr_fdw in Rocky 9

Hi,


I try to install:


# dnf install ogr_fdw_14
Letzte Prüfung auf abgelaufene Metadaten: vor 1:05:59 am Mo 05 Sep 2022 
13:52:06 EDT.
Fehler:
  Problem: package gdal33-libs-3.3.3-5.rhel9.x86_64 requires 
libarmadillo.so.10()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
   - package gdal33-libs-3.3.3-5.rhel9.x86_64 requires armadillo, but 
none of the providers can be installed
   - package ogr_fdw_14-1.1.2-1.rhel9.x86_64 requires 
libgdal.so.29()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
   - package ogr_fdw_14-1.1.2-1.rhel9.x86_64 requires gdal33-libs, but 
none of the providers can be installed
   - package armadillo-10.8.2-4.el9.x86_64 requires 
libarpack.so.2()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
   - conflicting requests
   - nothing provides libflexiblas64.so.3()(64bit) needed by 
arpack-3.8.0-4.el9.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' 
to use not only best candidate packages)



Any help is appreciated
