I'm pretty busy atm, as I've found some issues in 1.10 that need to be
resolved and have a bunch of other todos. If you have more time
though, you should be able to use the sandbox at
/var/www/wwwdevel.pgadmin.org (which is http://wwwdevel.pgadmin.org).
You can use 'sudo su -' if you need to fix any permissions.
