This issue is already logged. Ref:  https://redmine.postgresql.org/issues/6962

The fix has been sent to the upstream, when the pull request will be accepted, we will merge the fix in pgAdmin.

Since a few days I have had a browser display issue. with overlapping sections as illustrated below :

this is my current version 

Running on linux mint 20.2 

This is only happening when I start pgadmin; if I refresh the server, the everything is fine; I have not tried to just refresh the database.
