scripts for the tutorial

Hello,

i am searching for the scripts mentionend at one of the first chapters of the SQL-tutorial (Part II of the manuals)

 My working postgresql-Installation was completley done bei Ubuntu PackageManager.

Using the makefile inside the src/example directory  of the source version doesn`t work either.

Can anybody help me, where to find those scripts?
