Building psql.exe, libpq.dll & libpq.lib (7.1Beta3)

Hi,

I just tried to build psql.exe, libpq.dll & libpq.lib under Windows 2000
Professional using MS Visual C++ v6SP4 from the 7.1Beta3 code. It failed -
below is the output - any ideas would be gratefully received,
