libpq.dll & psql.exe

Having just re-installed evrything on my laptop, I've realised that I forgot
to backup my copies of libpq.dll & psql.exe (v6.5.0). I'm now finding that I
can't get the up-to-date 6.5.2 to compile on my machine. The error message
is:

I have tried an empty include/config.h files as well as ones configured on
Redhat 6.0 and Slackware 3.4.
I am running MS Visual C++ 6 SP3 on a (very clean) Windows 98SE machine -
any help would be gratefully accepted...
