current 'taboo' strings are:

/^Security: /
/view=rev\n\nLog:\nSecurity: /

For those unaware, these will cause the commit message to be queued for 
moderator approval, so, for instance, when Tom does 'security commits' before a 
security release, the messages don't go out before the announcement itself ...
