hmm, maybe something like:
EXPLAIN [ ANALYZE ] [ VERBOSE ] [ WITH EXCLUDED ]

Where WITH EXCLUDED would mean to show tables eliminated?

Also, it would be a good time to suggest some way for making
EXPLAIN script-friendly.  Like return data as a computer program
convenient table?
