Bug Report

pgAdmin II version: v 1.2.0 (stable release)
platform:  WinNT 4.0, service pack 6
postgreSQL version: 7.1, running under cygwin on the same NT box.

When starting pgAdmin II (rebooted after new installation), got this message
box:

pgAdmin II

Run-time error '430':
Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface

Click on "OK" and the program exits.
