mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) Build problems

Hi,
Just installed Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and am getting the following
error during build:
gcc -traditional-cpp -g -O2 -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes
-Wmissing-declarations -I../../../../src/include   -c -o sem.o sem.c

Any one know how to get around this.
