Is Windows Posready 2009 XP operating system supported?

I am trying to install PostgreSQL 9.2 in Windows Posready 2009 XP operating=
 system but getting an error "Unable to load SQL module.....". Please could=
 you confirm if Windows Posready 2009 XP operating system supported by Post=
greSQL 9.2?
