The last unclaimed one (other than Heikki's WIP) is "Filtering
dictionary support and unaccent dictionary", so why don't you have a
crack at that one?

I am going to put together an email to -hackers regarding the status
of the remaining patches soon.  The work is not over once all the
patches are claimed, but the task of figuring out what remains to be
done gets quite a bit more complicated and needs group input.
