I recommend we create http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/PostgreSQL_8.5_Open_Items and start bumping things that can't be completed for 8.4. Basically, my opinion is that if it's not a regression, it's too late to work on it now. We should ship the release when we're confident that the new features have had adequate testing and we've squashed all the regressions. ...Robert
