Remote access

Hi, I am getting this error when I try to access the database in another computer within the same network. could not connect to server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060). Is the server running on host "XX.XX.XX.XX" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? pg_hba.conf changes: host    all         all         10.30.10.152/32          trust host    all         all         127.0.0.1/32          md5 host    all         all         0.0.0.0/0          trust ********************************************************************************** My postgresql.conf file line: listen_addresses = '*' Netstat details: TCP    127.0.0.1:5432         0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING I have disabled all the firewall.
