Database Designer for PostgreSQL Release Candidate 2 is out.

Database Designer for PostgreSQL is a visual ER-editor (entity,
relation) for Windows OS family. Not a freeware.

[+] Empty fields on STAMP object aren't shown

[+] "The diagram has not been saved" dialog shows file name

[+] DD remembers file open location

[+] The Execute SQL Query dialog have a context menu

[+] ESC Support in Table Editor

[-] Several bugfixes in Table Editor

[-] Bug with column reordering and wrong "Duplicate column name"
    message

[-] The length attribute wasn't used for timestamp

    added in the future releases
