Installing pgadmin3 using rpms

class="MsoNormal">BecauseI have installed pgadmin3 using source code, I know that I need proj-4 and wxGTK rpms.  WxGTK
usedto require libxml2 and libxslt but I do not see the rpms for those packages/libraries.  WxGTK rpm does not install
becauseit needs libSDL, libstinterfaces and libwx(wxBase) package.  I have tracked down some of these (I think).<p

rpms(manager request) and I need to  be have the files already downloaded – so no yum (machines that I will be
