Other than 'one', 'their', 'they', &' them' - there are role specific references like 'user', 'developer', & 'DBA', ... that can be used where appropriate. I tend to prefer the term 'Gender Appropriate' rather than 'Gender Neutral', as sometimes mentioning gender IS very relevant! Cheers, Gavin
