Re: pg_upgrade could not connect to server

waiting for server to start....Access is denied.
.... stopped waiting
pg_ctl: could not start server
Examine the log output.

can't find any log output either.  I expected it to be at c:\pg_upgrade_ctl.log given the command above.

runas what? there is no "postgres" user on my system. the Windows
service runs as Network Service
