Another possible bug with inherits in 1.9

<p><font size="2">This may already be fixed, but I'm still running with the last Windows Snapshot build of (september
9th).<br/><br /> If I create a new table from scratch and also try to inherit in a single step, PgAdmin crashes.<br
/><br/> Doesn't seem to be an issue if I create a table first and then go back and inherit.<br /><br /> Thanks,<br />
