I'm frustrated that users of spam-friendly ISP's somehow think it's the problem of the black/whitelist, or a problem at the recipient's end, since the *source* of the problem is at the ISP who thinks nothing of polluting the internet with 419 scams, donkey porn, and herbal viagra.
