1.15 Dev + wxWidgets 2.9.3: Macros menu item in QB

Confirmed that previous reported errors mopped up.

New item: Macros menu item

1. open pgadmin3
2. click icon to open query builder
3. click on QB menu item "Macros" - immediate error box

Trace/breakpoint trap

In this log it shows three attempts to save backtrace. All seemed to 
work but seemed to save the same file each time. Looks like a loop. 
pgerr.txt was overwrite of preexisting file, pgerr2 and 3 created files 
from new.
