In 1913 - in Switzerland - the last steam train C 5/6 Nr 2965 Elefant
started it's life.

There was a steam train model named Elephant.

Full Steam Ahead - fits.

I don't mind if with 'with' or with ':' or even PostgreSQL 9.2 - Full
