defect in PGAdmin 3

Defect Description:
If the "option --> Preference tab --> Show object Properties on double 
click in treeview"\   is selected then the Properties screen appears AND the treeview of 
the node is expended.   is NOT selected then nothing happens (no treeview expanding).
